However, in some rare cases, factory reset might be neccessary. We highly recommend backing up your data for your convenience in the case of an error during the repair process.
Every repair in Cell Doctor comes with a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. Any defective/faulty parts will be replaced for free of charge.
